Situation

Solely due to the massively increased exhorbitant track
hireage charges that the new venue operators are currently trying to extort out
of us...
We will not currently be utilising this now substantially over priced venue at
all... and may well not be utilising it any further into the future either.
Should
you have any training, corporate events and conferences etc that you were
considering undertaking at Taupo, then we would currently very strongly
recommend against utilising this over priced venue, as it is financially
unsustainable and there are far better alternate venues at more realistic
pricing.
If your were contemplating trying to organise a conference or team event in
Taupo, then our current advice to our clients is don't.
Contact us directly for us to assist in facilitating your requirements at either
the Manfeild Park facility in Feilding, or the Pukekohe Park facility in
Pukekohe.
NZV8 Race Experience principally and exclusively
utilises the New Zealand Grand Prix race circuit @ Manfeild Park Raceway in the
Manawatu as our primary, regular and preferred Central North Island race track
venue for our 400kw NZV8 Hot Lap rides...
However, subject to availability and a
sufficient minimum number of confirmed and pre-booked attendees, we can
endeavour to arrange the utilisation of the Bruce
McLaren Motorsport Park, if specifically required.
This venue is situated on the corner of Centennial Drive and
Broadlands Road, 8km North East of Taupo.

The Bruce McLaren Motorsport Park is
ideally located and positioned in one of the country's premier tourist and
conference centres.
It operates in a
variety of varying shorter track configurations, which the lessor powered and
cheaper operators tend to utilise.
If you are considering having your company conference or group sales meeting in
Taupo at any stage in the future, then please don't hesitate to contact us early
and well in advance... so
as we can look at facilitating your needs elsewhere.
Venue date availability @ Taupo is historically limited and requires plenty of
prior notification so as to configure it to co-incide with your other
intended activities.
Facilities
NZV8 Hot Laps utilises the
pit garaging and/or a level 2 corporate suite in the pit complex as its operational base.
It is approximately 6km to the nearest food
outlet.
On-site catering may be available by
prior arrangement for corporate/special events subject to attendance numbers.
Accommodation
Being a popular tourist and conference centre,
there's an extensive selection of hotels and motels in Taupo.
Nearest Major Airport
Taupo Airport.
Rental Vehicle
Location
AVIS & Thrifty Car Rentals are
available by arrangement from the Taupo or Rotorua airports.
